A Fun Addition to Dishes!
I decided to try out the Wakame from the brand Ocean's Halo and was surprised by the taste and quality! At first unsure of how I would incorporate this product into a dish, I ultimately chose to add it to a ramen broth. It was so tasty! I am already a big fan of the taste of seaweed, so finding another way to use something similar in other meals, made me excited. Honestly, i don’t usually make recipes with this ingredient, and i was too unfamiliar to really enjoy it. I’m sure someone much more familiar would like it, as it seemed good quality!
My honest review
I absolutely loved these! They have become a staple in my snack cabinet! I like the light yet bold taste. I like them best with spicy tuna! I've tried them in Ramon and midi soup and I don't like them wet! I prefer the crunch! It's has a light crisp airy texture. I have yet to try them in place of crackers on my salad. They are also good with hummus.
Seaweed Cool, Not For Me
I decided to try this product even though I generally do not go for this item. I did not care for the taste, but am proud that I tried it and know its not for me

So I got the wakame seaweed and at first I thought it was going to taste nasty because of the smell but it is really goud like I could not stop eating them.
Nice addition to soups
This was a really good addition to soups I made. Adding nutritional value to the meal. The taste of the product was good and seemed to give soups more body.

Great to keep in my fridge
I’m so happy to find this in my grocery store. I’ve always loved getting poke salad with wakame in restaurants. Now I can make it any time at home. I love the nutrition and health benefits.

Tasty. Definitely would get again. Highly recommend for an addition to a meal. Would definitely like to try it in a soup next time and to try the other product. Ocean Halo products have impressed me before and they’ve done it again.
