Vanilla flavor not strong enough

I had never tried pure ground vanilla bean powder before. I looked up some ideas online for how to use and how much. In addition to my usual vanilla flavored stevia drops, I mixed in a quarter teaspoon of the vanilla bean powder into homemade chocolate milk, yogurt parfait and overnight oats. I really couldn't taste the added vanilla flavor of the powder. I tried increasing to 1/2 tsp of powder in my chocolate milk yesterday morning and still nothing. If I have to keep increasing the amount added to be able to taste it, it definitely isn't worth the price.

This stuff is good but also rather weird. It is just ground up vanilla beans but it adds a strong hit of vanilla to what you add it too. I tried it on yogurt and buttered toast. Its good.

Easy to use

I like that this could be another option other than cinnamon powder. The vanilla powder was a nice added touch to my coffee as well as my oatmeal that I like to eat and it spikes up the flavor in my vanilla flavored oat milk. I almost feel it needs to be in a shaker bottle. It was a little messy in scooping it up by spoon. I recommend this powder.

Effortless Vanilla

I loved the vanillay flavor of Beyond Good's Organic Vanilla Powder. Hadn't heard of this brand before or that there was a vanilla powder. Thrilled I discovered and tried it! It didn't clump at all and mixed easily into my turmeric-ginger smoothie. I also added a dash to my protein waffles and it blended it right in. Since it's concentrated, I used less at first in my waffles, but I'd add a bit more next time to bump up the vanilla notes.

This is not cheap but adds a great flavor to your special bakes. I would use it in baked goods that have minimal ingredients so that the vanilla can really shine. Less messy than paste.
