Wonderful chewy texture and easy to make
They cook just like, if not more forgivingly, pasta. Their texture is a very pleasant slightly bouncy/chewy. They absorbed chicken bouillon infused water well to become almost like chicken ramen noodles. They handled chicken sauteed onions, oil, and other ingredients very well. I would buy these again.
