The first thing I look for in snacks for my kid is the sugar content. I was happy to see that it was quite limited compared to other fig/date products. I liked the varying kids of added protein and lots of fiber! They are a good value. They’re much larger than many of the bars I already buy. They smell and taste great. Not super happy with the added monk fruit but it doesn’t dissuade me from purchasing again.
