Lundberg’s organic rice cakes are light, crispy, and not stale-tasting like other brands. Great base for sweet or savory toppings, I personally tried the sweet version of it.

Delightful and crispy
I was delightfully surprised when I opened up a Ziploc that was housing this sleeve of rice cakes. I was worried that they would be stale because they had been in there for a few days on top of my fridge, but they were perfectly crispy and perfectly seasoned. They were a highlight of my week for a long time because they were also extremely filling.

Not bad, they are basically the same as any typical rice cake… crunchy , a little bland but fine as a snack. The ones I got were decently flavoured

I enjoy these with peanut butter or some kind of spread. I liked the idea of the thinner one with quinoa but I could not find at the store. I like more protein but less salt. Couldn't have it with what was available. And sugar free...

I have tried rice cakes from Lundberg Family Farms before. I have enjoyed some flavors more than others. This time, I purchased the salted caramel flavor to try for the first time. The flavor didn't stand out to me. It was a bit on the lighter side. But overall, I enjoyed the crunch factor and the ease of snacking.

Im not the biggest fan of rice cakes but I am open to anything. You're not gonna believe what I did with these! I put cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers and cucumbers on them. Holy cow they were delicious! You gotta try it. think I love rice cakes now!
