I love the taste but the added coconut just makes this a huge calorie bomb. I really don’t know if this would ever be of use to me because I can’t eat that much.

Good quick swap for meals
This quick rice was fun to play with. I enjoy coconut rice when I am at a restaurant but have not ever made it at home. I really liked this instant version to bring those flavors into my kitchen with minimal prep, it allows me to devote that time to the other parts of the meal without losing any flavor. The coconut was not too strong to command all the flavor but added a subtle hint to our dinner.
