Unlike heavily refined white sugar, it retains the cane's natural molasses, giving it a warm tan-gold color and authentic, subtly caramel flavor. Doesn't taste as sweet as my regular brand
I only use raw sugar so I was excited to try this. I don't think it tasted as sweet as the brand I normally use. I also noticed there were quite a lumps in the sugar, which I guess is normal and to be expected. I did use it in my coffee and for baking and worked great.

This is some great sugar. The crystals are a great size, not too big, and dissolves well and can be used for different to things. It tastes great and I like so much that this is a healthier option. I also like that it is organic and regenerative. The bag is resealable so great for storing

Sweetness You Can Feel Good About!
Always love to support Regenerative Agriculture - good for the soil and air (carbon belongs in soil and not the air we breathe). Good for Biodiversity (local habitats for Pollinators). Finally, with healthier soil, and happier plants - now that is sweet taste!

I purchased this to do a trial run on baking as the holiday season approaches. I've made three batches of different cookies and there has been no difference in appearance.
