We used added a few fresh ingredients to the miso soup to add some crunch (scallions) and it turned out easy and delicious! The soup carried all of the flavor and wasn't too light. It felt like a full meal. A great shortcut for a homemade-tasting meal.

I tried the Organic Miso Noodle Soups by Ocean's Halo because there was not many options for me at my local retail. The Miso Noodle Soup not that much rich umami flavor and silky texture. But I'm not a fan and i was not my taste.
