I liked the scent of this oil a lot! Ironically enough scents are one of my biggest migraine triggers so I was a bit worried about this one. It really did feel soothing though! I don’t think it would cure a migraine but it does help with relaxing and isn’t a trigger. I’d buy it again on sale

Good additional tool for your migraine toolkit

I'm writing this from the fortunate position of not having have a real migraine since purchasing this product and thus, cannot yet speak to it's ability to really address migraine symptoms; I will update my review when the time comes. I tend to have my doubts about an OTC product's claim to "target pain fast" when it comes to migraine, but we shall see! I have tried this out and found the smell to be very pleasant and calming (not too overpowering for those with migraine scent sensitivities) and could definitely see how it might be one layer that could help during a migraine flare... anything to help relax to mind and body is a good thing. Comes in a small, easy to carry bottle and rolls on easily so can definitely be used on the go or in a pinch.
