Helps take the edge off
I have used this twice now. Once, when I felt it coming on and it did help to prevent it from going into full blown migraine. The other was when I was into a full blown migraine. It helped a bit but I ended up having to medicate still. I think this is great for catching the first signs at the start of a headache or migraine.

Relaxing natural oil
This worked as something to help with relaxing during a migraine but it was more of a small support rather than a stand alone product. I put this on my temples and it did help with tension.

This really works!
I unfortunately got one of my one-sided migraines and as I was feeling it coming on, realized I had this product and now was definitely the time to use it. I rubbed it on my forehead and back of neck as well as the area of the back of my ear. It rolls on easily and honestly, because you don't really see anything or feel a product on your skin, I had to lean into the light to verify product was actually applied. It's not sticky and doesn't leave anything on your hands that's has to be washed off because it's so light that I was worried I didn't apply enough so I went back in to apply a little more. This was at 10:48a and by 11:13a, the pressure and pain I was starting to feel had subsided. This product really works. It also has a nice, pleasant scent that isn't overpowering at all.

Nice add on to other treatments
