"Never Forget About It" Flatbread Margherita Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 package THAT’S TASTY™ Italian Inspired Microgreens
4 naan or other flatbread, preferably whole grain
15.5 oz. jar of organic pizza sauce
8 oz. fresh mozzarella
1 pint of organic heirloom cherry tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, spoon pizza sauce onto flatbread and spread over entire surface.
  3. Cut fresh mozzarella into quarter size pieces and scatter over flatbread.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place onto the flatbread, as many as desired.
  5. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  6. Remove pizza from the oven and top with generous handfuls of Italian Inspired Microgreens.
  7. Enjoy!
