I enjoyed trying this Organic MCT Oil. I'd never purchased a product like this before and have always stuck with olive oil, avocado oil, etc. This oil worked well as an addition to my meals and snacks.
Mct oil perfect for putting in coffee
I enjoy putting this oil in my coffee in the morning. It gives it more depth of flavour, and powers my mornings. Sometimes I add a little with hot coffee and put it in the blender, and it foams up really nicely. Overall, i'd recommend.
