I very much enjoyed the Miyoko’s Vegan Pizza Mozzarella! I chose to use this product for homemade pizzas. I have never used a vegan cheese that truly bubbled and browned! I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and flavor. There is a learning curve with the product- be sure to create a thin layer to ensure the cheese browns! Well, it's not cheese....
It started as a kind of liquid and it did firm up upon cooking,but was kind of rubbery. It did taste cheese-esque, but not my fave. It is in a convenient format (a resealable bottle). I try to get behind the non-cheese cheeses but the texture just wasn't my jam.

I enjoyed the taste. I was a little put off by the texture and the fact that it came in a bottle…. Idk just something about liquid cheese is odd to me. Once I was over the constancy the taste was good. The texture was comparable to other vegan cheeses
Perfect with marinara sauce
This product has a very pleasant flavor similar to real cheese or even stronger. It was perfect to make small pizzas with the kids and simple toppings like olives, oregano and cherry tomatoes.
It’s okay
I tried to put this liquid mozzarella cheese on my pizza, but it was too thick, can not make the pizza taste. Maybe I didn’t make it right, wil try it again.

Just okay
i like that it is organic, but the liquid nature of it makes the texture a little weird. i think i would prefer a real chunk of mozzarella cheese

I never thought about liquid mozarella and I definitely never thought of liquid vegan mozarella! This is so amazing. The taste is so amazing and it streamlines the flavor in the pizza.
