Absolutely fun
This kimchi is the best thing ever I purchased. Overall flavor is amazing. Spice level is perfect not too spicy. Small shredded cabbage adds versatility in your dishes. I made pita wraps with falafel on top of this kimchi became favorite for my family. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

This was an interesting kimchi compared to others I have tried. It is very mild in flavor and tastes more like a sauerkraut. A little bit of spice to it but very mild.

I got this for family and they really liked it. I tried a little bit of it and thought it was OK since I’m not the biggest spice fan. They really enjoyed it though. I had never seen shelfstable kimchi before though so that was interesting.

I want to consider this a sort of kimchi variation but no so. It’s great nonetheless the less and much less sodium but to say kimchi kimchi it is not. It’s tasty and great pairing on the side.
