Better than I thought
This flavor was better than the veggie one as it has more seasoning but the same thing with the rice. Soft and soggy after microwaving. The seaweed was chewy but the noodle and seasoning make it up

Expensive and fell apart
Expensive product - fell apart when cooking it. I unfortunately am not sure I would buy it again. It was definitely interesting though and easy to cook.

Wish I could share a picture - looks fantastic!
This vegan Kimbap is perfect to share with two people (although with an uneven nine pieces, have to fight for last bite ). Our household is a big fan of Korean food, but we do not have the skills to recreate at home. But with Halo, we can recreate our beloved Kimbap without leaving the house. Goes well with Halo seaweed snacks :)

Its okay
The idea is great a quick and healthy snack but the flavor felt a bit underwhelming and the texture wasn’t as fresh as I expected. It’s convenient and has clean ingredients but it doesn’t quite capture the authentic kimbap taste. Decent for a quick bite but not something I’d crave often.

I liked the texture and the taste of these. I was surprised that the seaweed taste wasn't super strong, which was great. It was a bit hard to find in the store, and slightly more expensive than I expected, but still a good quick meal

Unique concept
Having frozen sushi in my freezer is a unique idea. Took only minutes to prepare in my microwave and the results were pretty good. Nice vegetarian option for dinner or substantial snack.
