Some Relief, But Not Enough
This product is easy to apply and has a pleasant, natural feel, but the relief was fairly mild for me. It may work better for minor discomfort.

I do a lot of hiking so this is a good thing to have for those off days when I've eaten spicy food the day before. It's small enough to take hiking and camping, and nice to have an alternative to the stuff that CVS sells. Somehow this feels "safer."
