The texture… the texture was the problem for me. Taste is not necessarily bad.. but the texture is some thing I really did not like. The texture felt heavy and mushy.

I definitely think for dietary reasons this product is pretty ok. It works well in pasta dishes and substitutes normal pasta pretty well. I don’t love the taste however. If you have diet restrictions, I don’t think this is a bad purchase. But I wouldn’t change my current brand for this one,

Great texture! Minimal ingredients and non gmo. A little too pricey for me so I won't purchase without a sale or rebate. But for someone with dietary restrictions, I definitely recommend trying this!

Does taste just like my regular pasta but with a lot more fiber and better macros it’s a great alternative to regular calorie dense pasta. You can taste no difference with some sauce and some veggies and protein. It’s the perfect meal.
