1 Box Kim’s Simple Meals – Organic Macaroni Casserole
1 Tablespoon Earth Balance Organic Buttery Spread or other vegan spread or olive oil.
1 Large Jalapeño, halved, seeded and very thinly sliced, or diced
1 Bunch Scallions, thinly sliced
2 Cups warm Milk Substitute, such as almond or cashew milk
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

I thought this product was pretty good. It was not better in taste for me compared with regular macaroni and cheese was is a good alternative if you are allergic or sensitive to gluten.
I really loved this and so did my kids. I was highly impressed with it. I was nervous to try at first because it is vegan and thought how good could it really be without real cheese. I'm glad I tried it. You wont be disappointed.
This was more convenient than making vegan mac from scratch, but the flavor was a little off-putting. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t really to my taste.
This Mac and cheese is great and I would definitely recccomend this to my friends and family and would buy this again as soon as i can. Thanks.
been awhile since i try this sample , like the item and recall my husband enjoy the mac n cheese added hamburger meat to it . Made a larger dish to share with others .
