Try North America’s first Flaxseed Cooking Oil that can be used for cooking while providing all the healthy benefits of Omega-3! It is uniquely filtered with no additional chemicals, additives or preservatives to achieve a high smoke point like canola or other cooking oils. Not only is it good for cooking but also great as salad dressing, topping, dip, additive or supplement. Alligga is a different kind of flaxseed oil that is uniquely versatile with that great nutty flavour.

Cooking Tip: For best results heat flax seed oil in the pan opposed to heating the pan and then adding oil.
Loved it. Great for salad dressings with some fresh basil and oregano. Used for sauteing vegetables with a little garlic and onions. Very light flavour
I liked this oil for cooking, but I wasn’t a big fan on the taste. I used it to fry eggs and chicken nuggets, the food was cooked perfectly and crunchy.
I am always looking for a more healthier way to make food and cook in general and this was an excellent addition to my cooking. Cant beat that this is a super food as well. Add it to every meal.
I love this oil. Great way to get Omega3 in to your diet. I use it mainly for cooking. I haven't used it as a salad dressing because it does have a bit of a taste to it that I don't think I would like in my salads
I've never used flaxseed oil before, so I can't compare it to other brands of flaxseed oil, but the oil does have a flaxseed taste, sorta nutty, and it's a thin oil, the consistency reminds me of sunflower seed oil. Will definitely use in more cooking
