Cooking Tip: For best results heat flax seed oil in the pan opposed to heating the pan and then adding oil.
I've never used flaxseed oil before, so I can't compare it to other brands of flaxseed oil, but the oil does have a flaxseed taste, sorta nutty, and it's a thin oil, the consistency reminds me of sunflower seed oil. Will definitely use in more cooking
Used to season my cast steel pans and it worked great. Just remember to keep it in the fridge or it will go rancid at the first opportunity.

It's great because you can cook with it at high temperatures, kosher, non GMO. I wouldn't buy it over other oils I use simply because the taste of it isn't as pleasant as others.
I love this oil. It has high smoke point. I do lots of frying. This is good for frying fish and chicken because it adds more flavour to them.
