Dal is a a traditional Indian dish made of simmered and spiced lentils and beans. In India dal serves as the primary source of protein for vegetarians. It is also a good source of fiber and iron. It can be eaten alone as a filling meal or as a side dish, poured over rice, quinoa, barley, or couscous. You can serve it with chicken, fish or veggies and topped with yogurt, chopped herbs, toasted nuts, diced onion and more!

It was just ok for me as I am not much of a fan of spicy Indian food. It tasted good, I got the one with the coconut in it & I love coconut so it was fine but I won't be buying it again.

I understand that this is very tasty however unfortunately, I was unable to use the voucher before it expired and did not get a chance to experience it personally.

I didn’t enjoy the taste, my family wasn’t a fan of it either maybe a different flavor. I would not purchase it again. It was a strange tasting.

The Dal was very good and I enjoyed the flavor. I would buy it again. It was easy to take to work and I am sure it is super healthy. It was good on brown rice.
