Expected thicker consistency
I really enjoyed the taste of this cashew milk, but I think it would be even better if it were thicker and creamier. Also, it doesn't foam well for cappuccinos
Similar..not the same.
Comparing this to almond milk it is more creamier and sweeter, which I found nice! It’s more up my alley with almond milk having more of that nutty taste, you dont get that as much here.

I love this milk. It is the best non-dairy milk that I have tried. The cashew milk is creamy and similar in taste and texture to dairy milk. I will be buying it again.
Smooth and creamy nut milk
This cashew milk is really smooth and has a nice, subtle flavor that isn't overpowering. It blends perfectly into morning coffee and works great for smoothies without leaving a weird aftertaste.

We really enjoyed Califia Farms' Organic Cashewmilk. By itself, it has a wonderful cashewy taste to it that is quite nice. In drinks, it lends a creamy texture to hot beverages and blended drinks without any overpowering flavors. It works well in all sorts of recipes that usually call for milk, from breakfast to baking, and even simply in cereal, muesli, or oats. We love that it is made with simple ingredients (just three!), is organic, and comes in a recycled and recyclable package.
Surprising Good
I don’t normally buy different types of nut milk, but I was surprised at how great this tasted. I used it in smoothies and cannot even taste a difference in the smoothie. Clean ingredients.

Cashew milk is delicious and this was extremely enjoyable. It has a distinctly creamy mouth feel that comes from the cashews and doesn’t fully rely on gums/emulsifiers, compared to almond milk.
