Tastes like cardboard
The taste was terrible, reminiscent of cardboard. I tried it with different sauces including pesto, Alfredo, red sauce and white clam sauce. No matter which sauce the cardboard taste was stronger than the sauce.

I love the packaging. It is eye catching and fun. The noodles had a great taste and I loved that they had the protein and fiber that I need in my diet.

Healthy Way to Enjoy Some Carbs

Another product that is false advertising. There isn’t anything extra special about this pasta but they just want you to think there is so you buy.
Tastes like real pasta
This pasta tastes like regular pasta but with better nutrition, which is exactly what I want. The texture is great, it cooks evenly, and it doesn’t have that weird aftertaste some fortified pastas can have. It’s filling, comforting, and works well with different sauces. It’s an easy swap that doesn’t feel like a downgrade at all.
