Was difficult to find but fluffy and tasty!
This box made a good amount of pancakes, instructions were easy to follow and created a good consistency batter and browned nicely when cooked. I like the limited, good quality ingredients list. I only made pancakes but I love that they could also be used in a waffle maker.
Didn't care for the taste
This mix was very easy to use and the texture was good for a gluten free mix. I just couldn't handle the bitter taste, even when I paired it with peanut butter or another topping.

Just the fact that it is made with simple organic ingredients did the trick for me. I have enjoyed making pancakes for the kids as I know they are eating healthy and there is no compromise to the taste

No added Sugar Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix by Simple Mills is a great choice of breakfast o brunch, I made fluffy pancakes with this box and being gluten free and corn free was amazing, really like the quality ad taste of it. There is no added sugar and that is a plus.

This is a great pancake and waffle mix. It tastes great. I use the batter to make tasty pancakes and I drizzle maple syrup to make it a delightful treat. I also add the batter into my waffle maker and made crispy waffles.
Was good
I thought it tasted good, was easy to make and I liked the simplified ingredients. I am trying to eat better and when I eat regular pancakes, I feel gross sometimes. I did not feel gross eating this.
