Sleep supplements are the best
I’ve always really liked A. Vogel, I find their products high quality and reliable, I generally respond to most holistic sleep supplements these included. Good quality and would consider buying in the future
Didn't help me sleep
I found this product wasn't very effective in helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. I still woke up many times a night and had a hard, tme falling back asleep.
Sleep aid
This product was ok but did not work as effective as I hoped it would. I still did not remain asleep and woke often. I was expecting the product to help.with this very irritating issue.

I felt the difference
I really struggle with sleeping and have tried so many solutions. Nothing has stuck but this might! Although J was only able to try a limited sample of the product, I noticed myself having an easier time falling and staying asleep.
Worked for Me
I took this on my travels a few months ago; I knew I'd be going to a different time zone and would be hit with major jet lag, which would throw off my vacation intentions and plans. Made share to put these packets in my on-board luggage so that they wouldn't get lost, in case my checked luggage did. On arrival, I lingered as long as I could, staying awake, but then took some of the powder with some fruit juice, and it was a good night for me -- relaxed and a several-hour sleep.
Convenient for travel sleep aid
I gave these to my mom to try as she had issues with staying asleep. She liked how convenient they were packaging wise. She did feel they helped her sleep as well but the taste was not the best.
Didn't work for me
I tired this natural remedy to help with my sleeping. However I didn't find it particularly helpful. Didn't feel it helped me sleep better than if I weren't using it.
Terrible taste
I must say it is very convenient packaging. You can take it anywhere as they are individual sachets. However, I wasn't even able to try it due to terrible taste.
