I didn't notice any benefits from it. I was hoping it would help wit hot flashes and night sweats, but no luck for me. The good thing is that I never had side affects from it.
Easy to take. Supportive towards my health goals. I have had success previously with red clover tea so this felt comfortable to give it a try.

I would prefer that it was into your system faster. I feel that it helped me but not over the top. The coupons sent expired within a week so was unable to use them as I wanted to see after a month if it helped first before buying them.
works well . Helps with my sleepless night and hot flashes. I like it as it is hormone free . I t was great to have a sample try before you buy.
I suppose it's good since it's all natural but when I read the side there was a warning that said not to use it if breast or ovarian cancer runs in your family which unfortunately it does.

I did not notice any difference in taking this product. I did not notice any benefits. I may be interested in gummies if available. You are asking for more input but I simply did not notice a difference so there is nothing else for me to write.
I don't think this is strong enough and I don't feel any difference, if you are having extreme hot flashes, like I am, I will have to get a prescription hormone replacement
