For Pre- menopause
Had tried this product and I found it worked to minimize some hot flashes. There were no side effects and is easy to swallow with water. I would definitely continue the product, unless there are better natural options.
Never saw a drastic improvement
I think this might provide positive changes over a long period of using…. Probably months. I never saw a positive nor negative change. Maybe a little more energy but that is it! Didn’t help me sleep

I think it brightened my mood a bit and helped with anxiety. Natural products make me feel better about products instead of just chemical compounds.
