I tried this natural fiber supplement made by the bellway company because it's supposed to be good and healthy for you. For my druthers, I did not feel any different.

Okay Fiber Replacement, but better ones out there
I liked the taste of these fiber replacements until I realized that they contain lead in them if you look up their health score. If you are trying to increase your fiber intake I would go with a brand that doesn’t have it in their product and regularly tests for it.

I was able to try this because of Social nature! I usually take this in the morning and I really like how it makes me feel. Very light. The flavor is also good!! I now have to buy all as soon as I run out because I think it is that good.
