Went back to my childhood days!!
This product is truly magical!! I’m a crazy plant lover and I always love to try different types of things to implement in my garden. I wanted to grow mushroom in my backyard but it’s difficult to do it if you’re under a HOA, I got a chance to try this product, I tried it and just loved it. The mushroom taste so good and it’s very easy to follow the instructions. All mushroom lovers go for it!
Awesome for beginners
This was not only easy but super fun to grow. I don't always have much of a green thumb so being able to grow something made me really proud of myself. They tasted great with out eggs for breakfast

I was given the opportinity to try this Mushroom Growing Kit by Back To The Roots, for free via Social Nature, in exchange for my honest opinion. All of my thoughts and opinions about this product are 100% my own. I was thrilled to try this mushroom kit, because I love mushrooms!! The directions were very easy to follow and before you know we it, we had mushrooms ready for eating. I used some in a salad and some of the mushrooms I sauteed with onions and garlic in butter and it was amazing!! This kit would be great for kids to learn about different veggies they can grow and eat and you don't even need a yard to grow them in! I recommend anyone that is interested in gardening, to try one of these kits.
Delicious Fun
This was great and really produced a lot of mushrooms with very little effort! My kid was engaged with it for a few days but still got the benefits of the educational aspect LOL.
I had trouble.
I first want to say that I think this was just human error. Not the products fault. I am not what you would call a green thumb type of person. Yes we have a garden each and every year. But my husband usually tends to it. I wanted to try this because I wanted to do something that was convenient and I have somewhat of a bug phobia. That is why my husband tends to the garden outside especially in the hot summer months while things Are ready to be picked and the weeding and all of that! I find it very hard to go outside hoe in the warm months because of the spotted lanternfly I'm definitely afraid of it and yeah it kind of hinders my mobility when it comes to leaving the home. So I wanted to try this and have something inside because I love mushrooms! I eat them on just about everything. So I thought this would be a great way to kind of control what I'm growing and contribute a little bit. Hubby have worked so hard on our garden! The thing is I had a little bit of trouble. I could not really get anything to grow and again I think this is just human error. Had my husband have tried it he probably would have had it flourishing. but I was only able to get three mushrooms. Again human error I really do think the product is convenient it's fairly easy. You have everything there you need to go ahead and start your project. So definitely I would say it's a good product. I plan on purchasing this again because I want to give it another go. I recently been sick but I'm feeling much better now so now is the time especially with the spring coming up definitely going to bring it into the home and try and do this again!
Excitement took over
When I got home with my Organic Mushroom Kit, I really didn't think this would even work. I had never tried anything like this before. I followed all instructions from the kit and took good care of the mushrooms. I took a daily log for the heck of it and took daily photos. It was amazing. In the end my daughter stole it from me to create a gourmet meal at home. Excitement caused me to not know where my photos are. LOL

Such a neat product! This was great for a warm weather activity. I was surprised that it really did what it says… it grew! So fun harvesting the mushrooms. I’ll definitely try more kits.
Lovin it!
I love the kit. Have always wanted to grow mushrooms as I am a vegetarian and use mushrooms as a meat replacement for many of my meals. So neat to be able to grown your food in the comfort of your home

I couldn’t believe it, they mushrooms popped up out of nowhere and grew like weeds. It was so cool. It was a lot of fun to watch and learn about them. Excited to grow more.
