Was really excited about the flavor variety of orange and cream. I don't hiblnot matters which one you get because it tastes like badly sweetened chalk. With that being said it does help calm down an upset stomach

Pro: my stomach cramps from a weird meal went away quickly. Con: taste not great, but that is most medicine. Black tongue side effect. I read the label before taking and there was indication of blackening but did not indicant that this could happen on the tongue. It makes sense was it was shocking and difficult to remove. definitely read the entire lable.
