Description Ingredients

What is muesli? It’s a minimally processed cereal hailing from the Swiss Alps, originally invented by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner in the late 1800’s as a delicious way to promote good health. Featuring whole grains (except the paleo flavor!), fruits, nuts, and seeds, it’s a perfectly simple cereal that can be enjoyed any time of day. Bob loved it so much, he’s been making muesli in Milwaukie, Oregon for decades, with Mt. Hood as his backdrop instead of the Matterhorn. Now in convenient, go-anywhere cups, Bob’s Red Mill Muesli can be enjoyed wherever your day takes you!

Original Muesli Cup: Whole Grain Oats, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Dried Cranberries (Cranberries, Cane Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Brown Rice Crisps (Rice Flour, Rice Bran, Honey), Dried Apples, Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds

Tropical Muesli Cup: Whole Grain Oats, Mango (Mango, Cane Sugar, Citric Acid), Coconut Flakes, Sorghum, Pumpkin Seeds, Sliced Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Macadamia Nuts, Freeze-Dried Strawberry Pieces, Quinoa Flour Crisps.

Paleo Muesli Cup: Coconut Flakes, Sunflower Seeds, Cashews, Sliced Almonds, Currants, Pumpkin Seeds, Macadamia Nuts, Cranberries (Cranberries, Pineapple Syrup, Clarified Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil), Blueberries, Freeze-Dried Strawberry Pieces.

Where to Buy

Love the Muesli cup. Must more filling than cereal. Stayed full longer. I like that it is not soggy. It has all nature ingredients. Taste great also.

We have tried so many different types of breakfast granolas, cereals, oatmeals, etc. This is by far my favorite. The mix of grains, nuts, raisins and dates is just so delicious. The raisins and dates add just enough sweetness to the flavor, but sometimes we add a teaspoon of light or dark brown sugar to give the cereal a little more sweetness.

I tried the Bob's Red Mill Muesli Paleo. The suggestions included both with milk and dry, as a snack. I saved some of the muesli so I could try it both ways. First taste of the cereal with milk felt like I was eating cardboard. The muesli was primarily coconut flakes, and not very good ones at that. It did not get much better as I ate one. The dry was only slightly more palatable. Way too much coconut flakes. I'm going back to my Honey Nut Cheerios.
