What is muesli? It’s a minimally processed cereal hailing from the Swiss Alps, originally invented by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner in the late 1800’s as a delicious way to promote good health. Featuring whole grains (except the paleo flavor!), fruits, nuts, and seeds, it’s a perfectly simple cereal that can be enjoyed any time of day. Bob loved it so much, he’s been making muesli in Milwaukie, Oregon for decades, with Mt. Hood as his backdrop instead of the Matterhorn. Now in convenient, go-anywhere cups, Bob’s Red Mill Muesli can be enjoyed wherever your day takes you!

Yum! I love Bob's Red Mill products and I eat oatmeal and/or granola almost daily, so I was excited to try this product. The flavor was delicious, and I loved how convenient it was to bring the container to work and make it there. I'll definitely be purchasing more of these for healthy and convenient breakfasts on mornings when I'm in a rush.
I tried the tropical muesli cup. I found the taste to be pretty good. I tried the muesli hot so I prepared it in the microwave. It was easy to prepare. It is an easy breakfast to fix when you are in hurry. I would substitute this in the place of my oatmeal on some mornings.
Was not bad, however I didn't prefer raisins in mine so would get another kind next time!! I used it as a mid morning pick me up at work!! Love the high protein content and like the idea, the only reason I give this one less than five is that I could make it myself.
I love muesli but it is not always easy to find and especially a good quality muesli. Bob's Red Mill muesli cups are convenient and high quality. They don't skimp on the mix ins, which makes it extra delicious! I sometimes like to add it to yogurt as a breakfast or snack.
I purchased Muesli Cup by Bob's Red Mill at Whole Foods. The preparation was easy and the taste was awesome. I would definitely buy in the near future.
