Naturally good

Recess Mood is a sparkling water infused with magnesium and balancing adaptogens, designed to help the body and mind unwind. Each 12 fl oz can features magnesium L-threonate (a form of magnesium shown to effectively raise brain magnesium levels), an adaptogen blend of L-theanine and lemon balm, and active vitamin B6 — together delivering 53mg of magnesium and 60% DV of B6 per serving. Brewed with real fruit and tea infusions, every can is just 20 calories with zero added sugar and no artificial flavors or colors. The 4-pack format is built for grocery aisle pickup, after-work wind-downs, or stocking the fridge for the week ahead. Strawberry Rose: brewed with real dried strawberries, rose petals, and rose hips for a subtly sweet flavor that feels like a long overdue hug. Tropical Bliss: brewed with mango, passionfruit, pineapple, mandarin, and tangerine for the perfect tropical getaway, anytime, anywhere. Raspberry Lemon: brewed with real raspberries and balanced with lemon for a subtly sweet and tart flavor that feels like a getaway in a can.

Really good sparkilng water!

I like the variety of flavor that these sparkling waters come in. The fizz is the perfect level and the flavor isn't overpowering. I'll try the other flavors in the future.

Refreshing

These drinks were quite refreshing. The flavor is light and airy and just tastes like a seltzer. I liked the flavor options as they were unique.

Uninspired flavor and didn't notice effects

I've tried every Recess flavor and none of them really did it for me. They have a sweetness profile that isn't too intense but the tropical flavor came off as only pineapple which is not what I was wanting at all. There's potential, but I expect more out of a tropical flavor. I also didn't notice any calming effects but that's just me.

Refreshing

I love the flavor options like strawberry rose orange and tropical. These are made with clean organic ingredients. They can remove natural flavors since it’s a clean ingredients soda

Refreshing and light

My family enjoyed mood sparkling water in this summer. We carried them with us when we are outdoors. It is refreshing, flavorful and not too sweet. It gives nice relaxing feel.

Didn't do anything for me

This mood sparkling water just seemed like regular sparkling water to me. I didn't notice any difference in the way I felt after drinking it.
