Sunscreen seems to have become a hot topic in recent years and with the controversy I mostly just opt to wear layers, even during summer. I was excited to try this now natural brand and it has been effective when I'm in the pool and need sunscreen!

This was my first time trying any product by Seaweed Bath Co. At first application, it felt slightly greasy but then over time, it got smoother and felt nice on the skin while providing the protection I need.

This SPF sunscreen goes on the skin very smoothly without the white cast. Is light and has high spf coverage. It doesn’t feel like you are wearing sunscreen

Sunscreen without harsh chemicals
The sunscreen purchases came in a smaller bottle. The texture was nice and applied well. The list of chemicals listed waterproof for a little while - we reapplied after 90 minutes. The was nice!

Pregnant Women Beware
Unfortunately, all of the Seaweed Bath Co products rated poorly (below a 50 out of 100) on the Yuka app due to a risky additive - Butyoctyl Salicylate - which is a potential endocrine disruptor and pollutant. Pregnant women should avoid these products. I will not be using their products.
