Basic cheese
The cheese was nothing out of the ordinary. It tasted good, but it tasted like basic cheese you could find on any meat platters. Cheddar was cheddar
Good Cheese!
I like this cheese. It was good for a quick snack or to throw into a meal to melt. Good cheddar flavor and good portion sizes for kids or adults.
Cheddar Cheese Cube
These cheddar cheese cubes were a good quality of cheddar and work well with meat cuts for charcuterie and snacking. It was also a very convenient to throw into snack box for lunches on the go.
MIld creamy cheese
Didn't know the cheese was going to be creamy, and taste this good. I really enjoyed it. I think I'll buy it with my block cheese I love to buy.
Good ol' cheddar
I don't necessarily buy cubed cheese that often or taste the difference between mild cheddars, but this mild cheddar is just as solid as them all. It paired really well with their cubed pepperoni and it has a decently strong flavor profile for a mild cheddar but definitely not sharp cheddar levels. It's good!

I like that the cheese is precut and in an easy to transport package. It tastes fine, nothing super special. The cost for the portion is wild though. Extremely expensive so I would never buy it for the full price.
Tasty
We really enjoyed these mild cheddar cheese cubes from Upper Cut. Creamy and flavorful. The price, however, is a bit much when I can just buy a 2lb block for $5 and cut it into cubes myself.
Moldy
I purchased this cheese and then came home and opened the package to find it moldy already despite being within expiration date. So I didn't actually get to try it.
