Ingredients
Medicinal Ingredients: Each Liquid Capsule contains: Eucommia (Eucommia ulmoidess), 10:1 bark extract (Equivalent to 1000 mg) - 100mg Mung Bean (Vigna radiata) 10:1 seed extract, (Equivalent to 2000 mg) - 200mg Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum), seed - 100mg Pomegranate Oil (Punica granatum), seed - 120mg.
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Grape seed oil, candelilla wax, lecithin (sunflower), d-alpha tocopheryl acetate.
Capsule ingredients: Hypromellose, chlorophyll.
Recommended Dosage: Adult Females 18 years and older, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, after food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

A life-saver
This product is so great. It helps with perimenopause symptoms. Improves mood and helps with nighttime sweats and restlessness. I will continue to take this!
Aging gracefully
Having gone through the whole bottle - I wanted to have the full effect. I didn't. I don't know if I was maybe not experiencing the symptoms this product helps with or if I just have my own different ones. I didn't really notice too much change using this, but I'm sure it would be great for someone in the full needs on this for the night sweats

Meno-Thrive Supplement is a safe alternative to more invasive options. I would rather try something more natural as supplements along with exercise and nutrition.

I did notice some relief in the tension I usually feel around the temple. Nightly sweats are tolerable for me, even without the supplement, So, I did not notice much difference there.
Hot Flashes Gone!!
I received this product to test and try, let me start by saying my hot flashes where crazy (like all you ladies who have them) they happened, anywhere, any time, and often. When they happen I am consumed with trying to cool down and it's all I can concentrate on. I'm crabby, don't want to be touched, or talked to. Once I started taking this product let me tell you my hot flashing still happens but not nearly as often, or as bad, and at night not at all, or I am able to sleep through them. Definitely a purchase I have continued to make.

Pretty good product
I tried this at the same time I started a new regimen working with my naturopath and left a toxic work environment, so it is difficult to tell the benefits. I did feel better, but that could have been a combination from all of the healthy habits I started.
