The texture is a bit softer and kind of grainy in comparison to what you would expect from a patty. The taste was blah. I normally buy morning star for a meatless breakfast patty, and would say that this patty has a way to go before they compare to the flavor and texture.

This breakfast patty is amazing and is so much better than other brands! I wish it was available at other retail stores. I started eating more breakfast sandwiches because of this brand.
Surprisingly like meat
I really couldn't tell these weren't meat when cooked in with potato and onion. Loved the health benefits and love that my family won't be able to tell the difference either.

Great non meat option
As someone who can't eat a lot of meat based protien, these were great to make breakfast sandwhiches with. The texture was good and the taste as well. Only change I would recommend is that they increase the size slightly.
