Not My Favorite Chai
I really wanted to like this Masala Chai Concentrate, but unfortunately the flavor wasn’t for me. I found the spice blend a little too strong and the overall taste not as smooth or balanced as I expected. Even after mixing it with milk, I still didn’t enjoy the flavor enough to finish it. Convenient packaging and easy to prepare, but I probably wouldn’t purchase it again.
Good flavor and balance
As far as boxed chais go, this is one of the better options. The flavor is well-balanced within the concentrate, although you may wish to adjust the ratio to other liquids.

Not my favorite
We tried this chai, mainly because my daughter loves chai. This was not our favorite. We just didn't like the taste overall. If you like trying new chais, at least give it a try.

So convenient
I loved the convenience of this and having it ready made. It was a bit sweet for my taste so I ended up adding some brewed black tea to help count for that.
Not bad and convenient
This was easy to use and kept really well. I tend to dilute it more then it calls for. Try it as written at home and if it is too strong dilute it more.
