The orange taste is ok but not terrific. The packaging is really convenient for throwing one in my purse. Would have to buy more to see if they really help. Will try again.

J'ai utilisé ce produit le lendemain d'une soirée trop festive et arrosée, cela m'a fait beaucoup de bien, je me suis senti beaucoup mieux! My doctor suggested taking magnesium and this is a convenient and yummy way! I love that it has natural ingredients and is convenient. I'm not a fan of taking tons of pills so whenever I can find flavoured things it's great.
