I really liked how different the flavor was than most normal drinks. It has a slight calming effect, but that also prevents me from drinking it anytime other than nighttime.

Good taste and quality ingredients. An easy way to get magnesium. My only critique is the price. It's cheaper to purchase magnesium supplements but for people who don't like supplements this is a good alternative.
