Decent for a plant-based "pasta"
I was curious to try this brand as I'm always looking for a healthier version of foods that I grew up with but know now aren't the best for you. I was hoping this would be a little lower in carb, but it does at least have a couple grams of fiber and decent protein for a "pasta". The texture is interesting (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just different), and the sauce is pretty good in my opinion. Overall, I appreciate what they're trying to do here. It's a decent option if you're looking for a gluten-free option or just trying to get a little more protein or fiber into your diet. My 7-year-old was less impressed than I was, but I think if it were served to her as more of a side dish than a main, she wouldn't have been so critical.
I thought it was okay
I'm normally not a fan of boxed mac and cheese mixes, just because they usually taste exactly like the box and do not come out creamy. I found this one to be a good one, especially since it was creamy and not overly dry or clumpy. Being made with gluten-free noodles is a plus but I do have issues with dairy at times, so it would have been helpful to have had a lactose-free or dairy-free option.
Good pantry staple
I am not vegan but I appreciate a good pantry staple that I can pull out when needed whether for a quick lunch, a snack or emergency food stash. The flavor was cheesy and tasty.

Creamy, cheesy goodness that warms the soul! Perfectly comforting and endlessly customizable. A classic dish that never disappoints! I would recommend it.
Something is off
The flavor is not as expected and kind of bland. The texture was the other strange part about it. It was easy to make, but I wish there was more richness to the flavor and thickness.
Suprised me
Sometimes i find that added veggies to noodles give it a strange texture, this was not the case. Delicious and no noticeable textural difference!
Bad Taste
I did not like the taste of this product. It had a weird aftertaste that would stop me from buying this again in the future. I like the product I currently use alot more.
Not the best flavoring
It was definitely very bland tasting , not much flavor at all , wish it had more flavors as the overall concept seem very interesting as it is definitely a heather alternative to what is on the market now!
Not my favorite
Unfortunately this is not a product that works for me. I did not like the taste, texture, consistency, etc. And I would not purchase this again. Thanks for letting me try however
