Pretty effective supplement
I take vitamins and supplements daily, it really helps my energy levels. This Liposomal is pretty effective as soon as you take it. I think it is essential to your health and diet. I’m I plan to take it on long trips when I get jet lag or tired from walking.

Better tasting vitamins
Its hard to tell if this product has efficacy after only 1 use. I did like the flavor and consistency. Its convenient to have a serving already measured out though I would like to have the option of 1 bottle to serve from to save on waste.
Pricey But Effective
I just had a recent checkup with bloodwork done, and my doctor said I was low in Vitamin C so I was excited to try this product. And it's great! The taste is good, it's high quality and looks it. My only qualm is the price. It's more than I like to pay when purchasing vitamins and supplements for myself.

The formula is easy to take and has a pleasant citrus flour without being too sweet. It fits well into my daily routine though the texture takes a little getting used to.
