Very Good!
The lactose free sour cream by Green Valley Creamery was very good. I found it to be a great substitute for regular sour cream. I like that it is natural and does not upset my stomach.

I was surprised that this lactose free sour cream tasted as good as it did. Was it the same as regular sour cream? No news it close enough to fool me once mixed in with other ingredients? Yes! If you need lactose free sour cream, this is a solid choice.

Nice taste, but still made me sick
I am very lactose intolerant, and I usually avoid dairy products completely, so I was excited to try a lactose free sourcream! This brand was easy to find in my local Sprouts farmers market, however, it made me sick still when I ate it. Likely this is not 100% lactose free, or I have a deeper issue with dairy that I was not aware of. My non-lactose intolerant husband liked it alot though, and did not get sick!

It is okay
It is okay I just didn't enjoy it as much as I do dairy sour cream. Wasn't as... creamy. It did not spread nor melt like the dairy one so made it hard to enjoy fully.

Very flavorful
This is one of those products that's such high quality that you don't need to use as much to get the same effect - a little goes a long way. I liked the texture, tanginess and flavor profile, but in the long run I'm too broke to buy it on a regular basis.
