Great taste and easier to digest
Apparently lots of cheeses are already lactose free so it is a little bid misleading. Nonetheless for particular high lactose ones like mozzarella this is the one to get. Good taste plain or melted.

My two centz
I was chosen to try out Green valley lactose free cheese and it wasn’t my favorite. This cheese kinda has a bitter sweet taste and I didn’t like it that much. My kids did like it on grilled cheese sandwiches and over nachos and I would be willing to try a different flavor and kind of cheese.

Branding was great just not my thing. I tried 2 different flavors. I even bought some with my own money after I got the coupon and try to give it a second chance, but the texture was not good flavor was not that great either.

Tried Green Valley's lactose-free cheese and it’s surprisingly good! Tastes just like regular cheese, melts well, and no stomach issues after. Perfect for anyone who’s lactose intolerant but still wants to enjoy cheese.

A decent alternative
I am sensitve to cheese on a regualr basis, so there are very less types that I can eat that taste good. This being lactose - free I was hoping it would be good. It was definitely better than I expected, but not the cheese texture of stirngyness like normal ones.
