Herbal Tea

We started Waku to create a brand that customers really love and is good for their body, by sharing traditions from the Andes Mountains of Ecuador with the world and make a bigger impact on more families. Waku is a word inspired in the Quechua language, the most widely spoken language of indigenous people from the Central Andes Mountains. Waku means “conjunto” (in spanish), which translated to English means “together”. We believe that the word Waku represents exactly who we are, what we do and where are we going. First, we work “together” with indigenous farmers from the Andean region of Ecuador. Second, of course, our herbal tea is made up “together” with more than 20 herbs and flowers! And finally, this sense of togetherness and community is really important for us. It’s just the way we do business!
