Naturally good

We started Vermont Tortilla Company with the inspiration of the local organic foods movement, and desirous of the "real" corn tortillas we discovered in Mexico. We decided to open a tortilleria where we could make the hard to find traditional stone-ground corn tortillas but with a twist- using local organic corn. We started making our tortillas in 2017 out of our factory located in Shelburne, Vermont. Our corn is sourced from the Adirondacks in New York, just across the lake from Vermont, and about 8 miles from our factory.
