I'm always having to get creative on different ways to add supplements and vitamins into my daughter's daily routine. Like most kids she's not one just to willingly take her vitamins without a struggle. I was expecting this product to be the same that's why I love you can add it to food or smoothies. I can honestly say this Somega for kids fish oil is one of the only products she likes on it's on straight from the bottle not mixed or hidden into anything! She loves the taste and I actually do too. I definitely recommend this too anyone! I will be buying more!

I really was hoping that this product would be awesome for my kids. When I opened the bottle it really had a fishy smell. I am pretty sensitive to smell so I tried not to be too judgemental at the moment. I decided to mix the supplement into my kid's fruit shake. They both refused to finish it, they could taste the difference. They didn't necessarily say it was a fish taste but that it tasted weird. My advice would be if your child has a sensative taste palate this might not work well for you.
It was an acquired taste my son wasn’t too fond of it but my daughter thought it was ok..I myself thought it was good but I’m not the picky one lol

Kids like the taste! The omega oil taste isn’t over powering. I love the bright yellow label. Friendly to the eye. The squirt bottle is easy to use. Eliminates messes. Will def buy on my own!

My kids loved the Somega omega 3 supplement for kids we got to try from social nature!! It tastes like fresh mango with no fishy aftertaste! I love that it nourishes their brain and body! They took it straight from the bottle but you can also mix it into things like yogurt! We love this product and social nature!! Thank you!!

The texture and the smell of the supplement for kids was nothing appealing to my 13 year old boyk, it madee him gag every time I tried to give it to him. Strong flavor too.
