Gluten Free Cookies

Our founder's mom, Maxine, made the best cookies. They brought people together (just like cookies should). Our family loved them, but over time, not the ingredients. What we know about better eating has changed so much since Maxine made that first batch. So, we set out to create a healthier version, while calibrating to the original, decadent taste.

Almond Chocolate Chunk: Gluten Free Oat Blend (oats, oat flour, oat fiber), Palm Fruit Oil*, Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Organic Coconut Sugar, White Rice Flour, Organic Coconut Nectar, Dates, Almonds, Arrowroot Flour, Water, Flaxseed, Organic Gum Acacia, Sunflower Lecithin, Organic Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Baking Soda. 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk: Gluten Free Oat Blend (oats, oat flour, oat fiber), Peanuts, Palm Fruit Oil*, Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Coconut Nectar, White Rice Flour, Dates, Arrowroot Flour, Water, Flaxseed, Organic Gum Acacia, Sunflower Lecithin, Sea Salt, Baking Soda.
