Matcha Face Cream

After finding her perfect matcha product, Yang+Yin Health Founder Jen Lucas continued to hone her knowledge, learning additional ways this magical ingredient could be used to support her own clean beauty journey. She learned that the high concentration of antioxidants found in matcha also promotes healthy skin; that the catechins found in matcha powder help trap and inactivate free radicals in the skin, addressing the signs of aging; and its anti-inflammatory benefits make it great for treating rosacea and acne.

Alongside a professional formulator in Colorado, Jen developed custom formulations for Yang+Yin Health’s Matcha Face Love, a clean and natural face cream that utilizes matcha powder and malus domestica fruit cell extract to address the signs of aging, reduce inflammation to help treat rosacea and acne, and restore radiance evening out the skin tone

And just as it was important for Jen to choose an environmentally-responsible matcha farm, she knew that the packaging must also be sustainable. Jen found natural bamboo jars that supported the shelf-life of the product and the planet. Yang+Yin Health also offers a recycling program for all jars, inviting you to participate in the product cycle and prevent the jars from ending up in a landfill.
