Vegan Cheese Dip

I started LOCA on a mission to support a sustainable food future by offering allergy-free, plant-based alternatives to dairy products that nourish both people and the planet. I grew up in the South on a diet heavy with meat and dairy, considering macaroni & cheese to be a vegetable (half-joking… but seriously). I ate my way through Little Rock cheese dip, Memphis barbecue, and New Orleans seafood before moving out to San Francisco and thriving on a plant-based diet. My friends and family back home took notice and became interested in learning more about a plant-based diet, but struggled to find alternatives available in their local stores and at accessible price points. So, I left a 10-year career in tech behind to build Loca Food with a laser-focused mission to make clean, whole foods accessible to all. I want to make healthy eating easier by reinventing comfort foods with simple, nutritious allergy-free ingredients that everyone can enjoy.
