Inspired by “Food Is Better Medicine”, backed by modern nutritional science, Karuna’s whole plant-based and eco-friendly wellness drinks revitalize the body and enlighten the soul. The name Karuna means compassion in Buddhism. It capsulated our belief that life is about compassion, kindness, simplicity, and our perpetual bond with nature.
I created Karuna wellness drinks because I was concerned about heavily processed foods with high sugar content being promoted as “natural”, “healthy” and “beneficial”. Our new generation of nutritional products are based on whole plant foods with unprocessed prebiotics and antioxidants, but no added sugar. Another reason I founded Karuna is because of the disturbing trend of adding synthetic nutrition powders to drinks. This is not environmentally friendly and does not provide the same benefits as using nutrients from whole foods. For example, instead of relying on wasteful protein powders, which often discard over 90% of the original plants and lack essential amino acids, the high-quality protein in Karuna products comes entirely from native whole plants that complement each other. All Karuna ingredients are organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free and we do not use any synthetic vitamins or chemical additives. The results of our whole-plant philosophy are products that are rich in prebiotic fiber, protein, and minerals, and offer a wide range of health benefits.

Excellent taste
I enjoyed using this on my day to day foods. It comes in an easy to use bottle. I love the taste of this sriracha sauce. Such good quality. I would recommend it to others.
I really liked this drink. I had been looking for a prebiotic and have the palate of a 5 year old so I don’t eat a lot of superfoods. This was perfect for me. The flavor was great (I had the grape kiwi) and have purchased this several times since trying for free. I recommend this beverage for people who are picky eaters like myself to “trick” your body into getting healthy foods in your system.
I thought it was very good but it was hard to find in the store. I would buy it for the taste but maybe not for the price. I would not recommend it only because it was difficult to find in the stores.
I loved it. The taste was not bad and I would recommend it. I would buy it and make it a part if my daily diet. I felt good after drinking it and I didn't have a sluggish feeling.
Taste a lot better than most other brands. I let my kids taste it and they even liked it. It’s not to sweet which is what I love most about it. I have already purchased more!
I didn’t care for the juice but maybe other flavors would taste better - I like to stay healthy so I will try anything loaded with vitamins/ nutrients and would try again
I didn't really like it , it wasn't at all what I pictured it to be , I didn't care much for the texture or taste , I feel as if it could have been more flavoable and the texture alil smoother
It did not taste or smell good at all. I was able to get past the smell, but unfortunately the taste was very bad. It tasted and smelled like dirt.
I liked being able to get my prebiotics and antioxidants together in one drink that tastes good and has low sugar. It's refreshing and really makes you feel good.
