I started Hunter Brown to turn dishes instantly gourmet in no time at all. As a single mom, I always found myself too busy to cook and our go-to meal would be a Brown Butter Spaghetti. Brown butter is known as a gourmet ingredient was very tedious to cook as it burns easily. After wanting to make my life even easier, I developed a way to pre-make it - basically, fool proofing it so it doesn't burn without losing the authenticity of its rich nutty aroma as it melts. I’m not a good cook but if it made me feel this confident around the kitchen, I wanted to share it. And so, Hunter Browns was born!
