Sixteen years ago, my daughter and I and were seeing our doctor and heard “when Anna Mae eats wheat and sugar, it makes a toxic punch that is burning little holes in her intestines.” This not only drastically changed our lives but also birthed a passion in us.

We created Grain Free Mama’s to provide the foods and resources that we wish were available when we first changed our diet. We refused to accept that people who eat this way have to envy the conventional foods that made us sick. We manufacture foods that have excellent taste and texture, are quick and easy to prepare and that have superior qualities of taste, texture, and lightness of digestion. Our foods help your body look great, feel great and give you a clear mind to live the best life you can. They are made without ANY ingredients from the grass family, which makes them grain free, corn free, rice free and sugarcane free as well.
